Boston’s Best: Social Media Mavens To Watch

As a blogger, I am constantly exploring new material and inspiration for my own content. Some of these sources come from the many social media accounts I follow on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (to name a few) and obviously the best come from fellow Bostonians who share my affinity for fashion, culture and other elements of style.

Keep reading to find out who I’m following and indulge in their creativity and experiences!

The Boston Fashionista: If there was a superlative for “Most Whimsical” among Boston-area bloggers, the winner would be The Boston Fashionista. I love her pictures for their vibrant colors, scenic backgrounds and obviously her quintessential city girl style. From matching her Longchamp to her plaid woolen wrap or pairing animal print and boyfriend jeans for the most casual chic look ever, The Boston Fashionista will undoubtedly inspire you (and your fashion sense) for days!

Boston Street Style: Sometimes the best way to wake up in the morning is to scroll through the stuff of sartorial daydreams. In this instance, Boston Street Style does not disappoint. If you are a fan of the authentic fashions of your fellow Bostonians, look no further than their Twitter account. If you think that every day wandering the streets of Boston is like strutting down a cobblestone runway of Fashion Week, this is one account you need to follow.

Shell Chic’d: Sometimes I’m lucky enough to meet a fellow blogger and sometimes I’m fortunate enough to meet them in their natural habitat. This was the case yesterday when I was able to play in Cambridge and meet the beauty and brains behind Shell Chic’d (a.k.a. one of the cutest accounts on Pinterest). For inspiration relating to fashion, home deco or d.i.y., her boards are absolutely fantastic!
